What app?

U mean the icon on my iphone? The one that does nothing? Yep thats the UCBWEST icon on my phone! It does nothing! Except go to the page that used to tell me my balance & then more. For as long as i can recall now, if i click on it, i get that opening page & the only thing that changes is "loading data." I even went and cleaned the house once while it was "loading data." The data never loaded. Used to work good once upon a time.

It stops working all the time, it’ll be working fine then all of a sudden bam I can’t use it for 24 hours. I HATE this app since I need it to get money
