Doesn’t recognize my member id when I’m sitting here looking at the paper they sent in the mail

Zero stars… not an app but a browser.
This isn’t an app, it’s a browser for their web page. And it doesn’t work. After setting up an account, I click the Find a Dentist menu and get a blank screen.

Your app is extremely frustrating. It takes too long to log in and then to find what I need. Not helpful at all.
Can't find a dentist
I go to the find a dentist tab, and put in my location. It tells me to sign in. I do that, and go back to the main page to find a dentist, takes me to the same exact pop up that tells me to sign in. Now I guess I have to call around and see if they accept insurance. Why offer the feature if it doesn't work?

Where is my card
These freaks mail you a paper card that you can’t even keep in your wallet and then don’t even have a clear space where they display the card. The website is janky and takes you to random pages despite not clicking a link. Gobsmacked by how terrible this app is.
useless garbage
signed in on the app - uses mobile web to search for dentist, which needs me to re-sign in. THEN takes me back to the app and then starts an infinite loop.

They have got to find a better method. Easy to take my money but can’t find me when I try to sign in on app. The worst is good luck trying to find a contact # to call for help!
