The app is so helpful and easy to use. I have access to the investment portal for managing stocks and crypto. The external transfer options are so convenient. Plus, the new Smart Start feature for my young children is amazing. There are multiple things I love about this app. What I love the most is that my “little” hometown credit union can provide it all right at my fingertips. Thank you!

Rejects deposit
I would love the mobile deposit if it would work consistently. I often have to redo the deposit because it rejects it for some reason.
Good but could be better
Good but could be better with transaction description. Clarity on store name, time and location of purchase. Also kept separate from other transactions. They are hard to find quickly
Font size
Great app. The previous version had the perfect size font. Now it’s too large that someone else can see my numbers. Also I named a loan what it was and now it doesn’t fit. Hopefully you can make this an option.

There is no way anyone actually thinks this is a 5 star app. The old UCFU app was a lot better. It was more organized and had a better layout. I guess I’ll just use my computer to check my bank account from now on.

Statement is nowhere to be found, same as other things. What a mess for the customers.

New App Update
I think the new update on the app made it much more complicated to see the every day transactions and to do transfers. I’m a little disappointed.

So happy with this upgraded app by UFCU! The best part about it is how you can customize it to what you want it to be. If you don’t want to see certain things you are joint on you can hide it. If you want to rename something you have the option to do that as well. If you are someone who likes the plain old app they used to have then you can hide all the fancy stuff and have it be more plain. Or if you are someone like me that wants to be able to do everything from the app now you can. With this app everyone wins and should be happy with it. Thanks so much for finally updating UFCU!

Where’s the old app?
I’ve changed the nicknames of my accounts every time I’ve logged in and this app can never remember it. Nor can it remember how I want items displayed. Very frustrating.
Cannot add all my accounts
I understand that our credit union wants to make changes to stay “up to date” however this app should not have been released until you had the bugs worked out first. It’s quite a mess from what I can see so far. I am not able to add any of my other UFCU accounts to this app only my primary account. When I click to add an account it only gives me the options of “apply for a loan” or “open a new share”. This is very frustrating as I use this app to shift funds for my businesses and at the moment I feel completely out of control of my accounts. You blew it so far as I can see. Please get this working soon. Also as I can see there’s really nowhere to read up on how to navigate through this app.

Confusing
My husband and I have separate accounts but both our names are on them. With this app and website everything is mixed together and we see each others transactions from their accounts. This is too confusing and too much information. It should have stayed the same. Only my transactions should show up on my log in. I don’t like it at all. This is a poor organization of information. This is a poor design.

New App
I hate the new updated app. It is very confusing and all jumbled up between our multiple accounts and I miss the way everything was laid out simple and clear before. I’m usually comfortable with technology but this is a big mess now.
Problems
Can’t figure how to see running balance for past couple of weeks only shows deposit from the first of this month
