Excellent fitness app
I was introduced to United Heroes as part of a corporate fitness challenge. Points are earned by exercise (and a few other activities) and more importantly by registering for (and completing) challenges. These, in my case, make exercise more fun (especially if you have a competitive personality) which can make going to the gym after a challenging day something to look forward to.

Weird
This app is so strange to navigate and I can’t figure out the point.. the challenges are pretty basic. It’s all manual and it doesn’t track good info like Strava did. There’s no personal feed to share/track your photos or posts. The quizzes constantly freeze and randomly assign zero points even if you’ve gotten answers correct. I hope my company moves back to Strava. I can’t even fathom why they would pick an app with such bad ratings. It’s also not just the app that is awful. The web page doesn’t work either. Whenever you click on an article a 404 error message comes up and most of the webinars and articles that do open are in French despite my selection being in the USA.

While we can't connect directly with Strava due to their policy, we do support various other apps and can link via Apple Health. Please refer to our FAQ for more information. Quizes not available for couple of weeks
Although new quizzes pop up in the notifications, they are not available for couple of weeks anymore, which blocks the super hero status for Feb

Neues Dashboard eine Katastrophe
Mit dem neusten Update hat sich das Dashboard verändert und ist wahnsinnig unübersichtlich geworden. Zu viel wird angezeigt, was garnicht interessiert. Die Reihenfolge der Anzeige ist nicht logisch und man findet vor lauter Anzeigen und Wiederholungen seine eigenen tatsächlichen Erfolge nicht mehr. Das muss mit dem nächsten Update unbedingt wieder besser werden!

Un système sur qui serais baser sur l’effort au lieu du temps serais bien plus significatif, 1h de marche ou même de lecture compte plus que 20min de fractionné intensif c’est dommage sinon le reste de l’application vraiment top
I CAN’T SET UP AN ACCOUNT
I have been trying for months now, but still I cant set up an account. When I put my company credentials it always say “We’re sorry, we couldn’t find the page you are looking for” unbelievable!
the app is good but it won’t get my Run data on my Apple Health
I have joined several Run challenges but never finished any and don’t see progress because the App couldn’t get the Run data.

The worst application
The worst application I have seen in my life. I need to use because my company uses. When open, can click only one time and after that, cannot use anymore.
Be a heroe
The app motivates me to exercise more. The weekly challenges are an incentive to collect extra points and improve your standing in the team ranking. There are regular updates. I am also very satisfied with the support. When a photo upload was not counted in the challenge, the support team rectified the error within 24 hours using the evidence submitted.
If you take care to register before starting an activity in a challenge, the app is a lot of fun. If you forget to do this, the activity will not count towards the challenge, even though it took place on the day of registration. This is a bit annoying. Perhaps something could be improved at this point.

Très bonne expérience. Malheureusement l’entreprise n’a pas souhaitée continuer à maintenir cet outil. C’est une bonne méthode pour créer du lien et motiver les collaborateurs de l’entreprise. Il faut un suivi en interne pour dynamiser le sujet
