Customer service

The employees at desk are exstremly helpful and the guys working the yard loading and unloading are very helpful and respectful best rental company I’ve used 1000 times better than Home Depot!!!!

Neither the website nor the mobile app are user friendly. There is no obvious way to enter a different credit card number and have it auto draft without speaking to someone in the office.

Absolutely the worst to get equipment from. Not on time, no one knew where the rental was. In 2 days talked to atleast 7 different people that did not know what the rental was or where. The last phone call was the delivery driver that was 2 hours late and said he was on the way. If my company would allow us to use other companies then I would not be using them

No power in backing up machine not working had many problems

I rented a mini excavator with certain buckets. Not only did I not receive the 36” bucket that I was told was available, but then when I was told the bucket would be brought out later that day, it never showed up, and I had to rent a machine from another company to complete the job. I won’t be using UR any longer because of this.

Super easy to use

So glad there is an app. It is actually easier to use then the website on my computer. :)

Can’t cancel pickup

A short grace period to cancel a pickup would be nice. 20-60mins. I’ve set pickups for the wrong equipment or at the wrong job sites once or twice. My only course of action is too call an office from there.
Awesome app other than that!

Upon opening app and setting up account, app says I have no account. Given the option to link an account or browse the catalog(?).

If you wouldn’t mind contacting us through the Help tab (in the app), we can get you up and running. Sorry for the inconvenience and we hope we have you enjoying the app soon.

New app is amazing. It saves so much headache.

Nothing better than when thinking “oh crap. Forgot to call that off...” being able to instantly get it done, without opening a computer or loading laggy web pages.

(Or in my case, when someone tells me that they’re done)

Immediate confirmation. No wondering if someone ever did it for you or if the request went through.

The cool thing was when someone at a local massive job couldn’t find their scissor lift. We used the “locate” feature and it guided us right toward their unit.

I use this for people or customers in the field calling me about status of rentals or to pick up. It’s faster and easier than opening up the laptop.
