My team uses this app. It’s been great. Helps us all take business calls on the go. Unitel Voice’s support team is top notch.
User friendly
Our team finds the Unitel Office app useful, particularly for handling calls in different locations. It's user-friendly, but we would benefit from more tutorials on new features. Not sure everyone is using it to the fullest.

Been using it for over a year. Managing department voicemails was kind of confusing but other than that no issues. Support is really helpful when you need it.
