App hasn’t worked on 3 different chargers
Always have to pay as a guest for the chargers to work.

Title says it all. Very bugs appt. Rout planning sucked. Attempts to use the app resulted in an app that froze.
Doesn’t Work
Charged me 25$ to even add my card to the app. DO NOT USE. They don’t care about it anyways. Here for 30 minutes trying to figure out how to do this because it needs my email or phone number to be verified to even use it? But the verification codes never even send. Just skip these.
FRAUDULENTLY CHARGED MY CC
This app fraudulently charged my debit card on July 16, 2026! I reported the card stolen months ago!!
Total trash
None of their chargers work. Even if they did they want 2x the market rate and if you try you’ll get charged $25 times your cc, even though it doesn’t work.

It can’t activate the charger and it lacks Apple Pay.

App is very user friendly. Turning the charging for my vehicle was very easy.
I used charger at Super 8 in Arlington by Hwy 360 and Abram St.
The entire process from creating my online account to starting the charger was very seamless.
I will use their charger again.

No app update
App says I need to update the app; won’t let me charge. App Store says the app is up to date. :-(
Doesn’t Work
I set up my profile on the app. It charges me $10 and it won’t start the car. If I use the web browser it work, so the app needs to be fixed.
