Horrible app, nothing works
Its unbelievable how bad this app is. This is probably one of the worst apps I have used. Especially now that there are coding agents, one could fix all these issues people are reporting. I could have installed another dash cam from another company and got a better chance at connecting to the dash cam. With this, I couldnt even establish a connection.

Cannot connect
I cannot connect to the apps wifi. The preset network in the app does not match the network that comes up on my phone so the password doesn’t work. There is no way I can change the network name in the app. When I try enter the network on my phone from the app, it doesn’t work either because the network doesn’t exist.

iPhone fails to connect
Apparently there is a know issue for the latest iPhones connecting to the UTR. So my Audi Garage tells me. Also, if there is a software update for the UTR it is not possible to do with the latest iPhones. If it’s a know issue why has it not been fixed!
