For a “luxury” brand can we please do better
This hardly works for such simple tasks. Can we please work on ensuring this thing works when it needs to?
Just getting worse
This app just keeps getting worse. It was terrible with my 2025 SQ5 even worse on my 2026 SQ5.
It’s doesn’t update the status of the car. Locking/unlocking is hit and miss.
Always produces connection errors.
Takes far too long to remote start the car.
If it’s not then it’s their backend software/servers that need fixing.
Either way, this apps functionality is terrible.
Audi, get your act together and hire good developers.

Absolute Trash. Premium Brand with Zero Service
I picked up my brand-new 2026 Audi Q3 on May 7, and the myAudi app has never functioned for a single day. It completely stopped syncing on June 24, throwing continuous HTTP 503 and backend server errors ever since.
What is worse than the broken software is Audi's shocking customer service. I sent multiple emails and made phone calls; Audi Canada ignored my messages, and their phone support representative literally told me they were "helpless" due to their own network issues. Even the local dealership washed their hands of it, claiming everything is "normal" on their end while my app remains entirely dead. To top it off, the vehicle's main MMI screen frequently freezes while using navigation, creating a severe driving hazard.
Audi happily takes your money for a premium vehicle but completely abandons their warranty obligations when their substandard technology fails. I have officially filed a consumer complaint with OMVIC to hold them accountable. Avoid this brand if you expect functioning tech and basic customer respect. Total failure.

Audi Q8 E-tron
The app doesn’t connect to the car. I cannot get any information not charging not range not activate the AC remotely. Nothing, absolutely nothing works after the previous update. Just updated to the latest version of the app and it did not fix the issue.
