This is a third party company that doesn’t actually book your room, stole £150 off me and ruined my plans of having any sort of good accommodation for my uni year.
Too many notifications
Very clean UI, The app is more helpful than the website, scheduling a call with a spokesperson will really help u start the search, but they’ll call u at the wrong time😬
I wish the response frequency matched the notifications frequency, i still have so many messages that havent been answered on whatsapp.

failed to check in
they are careless about students whether yhey moved in or not.the just follow up until we made a booking and pay money.rest we have to take care.really disappointed.faced many problems to checkin.
Massive scam
Do NOT use this whatsoever. I paid a booking fee for a room. After paying I waited days for my room offer. When I asked i was told the offer would be sent in 24-48 hours. Obviously that didn’t happen. I said I would want a refund if I didn’t receive it in the next few days. When I did receive an offer it was for a completely different room and building. They had previously sent a voice note to say my room was confirmed, yet when I asked why I’d been given a different offer it’s because it was “already booked up”, and that the offer was for the building adjacent. It was not, it was on a completely different street. I said I wanted a refund for it as I’d been lied to and got completely ignored. When ringing the company I was hung up on multiple times and when I texted my assigned agent she would ignore me. On the support chat through the app when I asked for a refund they continuously disconnected me from the chat. So yeah don’t use this at all.

Extremely Disappointed with University Living's Unfulfilled Promise and Poor Customer Service
My experience with University Living was extremely disappointing. Despite their promise of assistance and a refund if they couldn't deliver, they failed to provide suitable accommodation options and ignored my refund requests. Their behavior was unprofessional and unethical. I strongly advise against using their services due to their lack of integrity and poor customer service.
