This app is great usually but I’ve just upgraded my phone and the app keeps crashing. Pls fix!

you think with all the pricing increases over unleashed would have made an app that actually works
Needs to be updated
While I think the software version is great, this app is not much use. Not being able to see quotes or convert them to sales or even do quotes on the road means this is not much of a sales assistant. It urgently needs to be updated.
Virtually useless
Unleashed is the back bone of my business. When I am at my desk it gives me access to all of the information I need when talking to customers and or suppliers.
Product Costs, sales and purchase history, selling prices including quantity breaks and much more.
I can see customer sales history with ease and more.
When I’m out of the office with a client I’m unable to see my cost prices I need a crystal ball more that I need this app.
Frankly this app needs a full redesign and a massive injection of functionality

Joke of an app
This is hands down the worst “sales/inventory” I have sever used. It’s a scam
Potential Unseen
For such a good online software program, the Unleashed app is a complete let down. It provides inaccurate data, incomplete (when available), and frustratingly limited information. I think Unleashed also recognises how bad the app is as it has not been updated in over one year.

Ok for checking stock levels but limited
There is so much more that should be done with this. The information is too dumbed down, it takes too long to sync every time you open it up, BIN locations are not available for products (one of the key reasons I would use this), sales information is limited to sales person and not company. I could go on but it will fall on deaf ears as Unleashed have never listened to the customer voice as far as I’m concerned…

Disappointed
Really disappointed. Such a powerful platform but such a lousy effort on the app. So much potential in doing everything on iPhones and iPads instead of desktop. A high function app could really increase our efficiency in the factory.
Unleashed is an incomplete program
The app is far worse than the desktop software and emails to their support desk go unanswered or not priority. The app doesn’t sync properly with the desktop and only has half the amount of actual sales orders there. You can’t search for order numbers you can’t quote from the app which I find odd given its a “sales app” for your team out on the road. Unleashed is a joke and if I could pay someone to switch me to another provider from one day to the next and it would be seem less I would it’s just too labourintensive to do it myself and I don’t have the time so I have to just put up with this for now.

Awesome program horrible app
This is the worst app I have ever encountered, can’t even mirror what the desktop version does. Not user or sales friendly at all
DO NOT GET - IT IS RUBBISH
It is absolutely rubbish don’t get this app. We have been back and forth with them for so many months and still they can’t even get our app to work. If we don’t reply for 2 days they send a threatening message to close the case but they are allowed to reply even after 10 days and no problem in this.

So much potential, so much disappointment
I was so hoping for an app whereby we could use an iPad out in our warehouse to receipt goods etc. rather than going in and out to the pc all the time. I can’t even get it to sync the customers and data. Absolutely useless

Terrible app that severely lacks functionality
The capabilities of this app are atrocious! Cannot modify sales orders, cannot capture notes, many other system features that are completely missing from this app.
The web interface for the system doesn’t support mobile devices.

Crashes before opening. Won’t even open.
I love losing sales on the road because the app won’t open at all. I keep reading there’s an update but I appear to have the most updated app? Did we just give up?
A great companion app
A good tool to empower your sales people. New dashboard was a great addition.
