Why is it always laggy
I’ve had the app for over 2 years and anytime I try to utilize it, the app is extremely delayed. From typing, to refreshing the app, everything is just slow and a miserable experience. 10/10 would not recommend 👎

Frustratingly Slow and Unreliable on iOS
Zoho SalesIQ is incredibly slow on iOS. The app frequently hangs, making it almost unusable. Chat responses take too long to load, causing delays in customer interactions. Overall, the performance is frustrating, and it needs serious optimization for iOS users.
