Awful experience
Really poor app and service. Tried using in San Francisco. Chosen bike didn’t unlock from stand. Tried to end the session and the app wouldn’t let me as apparently the bike had to be in a stand.
Tried connecting with their support. No response.
They tried to charge me huge amounts for the time I was not using the bike.

Bit touchy with the speeding up. Also would have been good to have a map for directions in the app.

Disappointing
Not good charged me and would not let me remove the bike and I could not reach any type of support
From Napa to Yountville
Ride was incredible and beautiful. Bikes performed nicely. Difficult to rent however customer service was helpful.
