Non Functional App

Awful experience
Really poor app and service. Tried using in San Francisco. Chosen bike didn’t unlock from stand. Tried to end the session and the app wouldn’t let me as apparently the bike had to be in a stand.
Tried connecting with their support. No response.
They tried to charge me huge amounts for the time I was not using the bike.

Bit touchy with the speeding up. Also would have been good to have a map for directions in the app.

Disappointing
Not good charged me and would not let me remove the bike and I could not reach any type of support
From Napa to Yountville
Ride was incredible and beautiful. Bikes performed nicely. Difficult to rent however customer service was helpful.
Over charged
The service works fine, but when I returned the bike the system did not register that the bike was back in the charger. But the unlimited biking charger did lock the bike into the charger and I could not remove it.
I ended up getting charged for four and a half hours all but two of them the bike was locked in their charger. I contacted customer support and no response 24 hours later.
