I am writing to formally request a full refund for a charge of 22,000 KRW made to my account (on January 22, 2026.
I had previously used the 3-day free trial for this app and canceled it before the billing date. However, when I reopened the app yesterday, a "3-day free trial" promotion appeared again. Since the app offered this promotion without any disclaimer stating I was ineligible, I proceeded under the firm impression that the trial offer was available to me once more.
Furthermore, the charge did not occur immediately upon sign-up but was processed a full day later. This delayed billing led me to believe that I was safely within the advertised free trial period while using the service. Had there been a clear notification that a paid subscription would start immediately without a trial, I would not have authorized the transaction.
This unintended purchase was caused by a misleading promotional display and an ambiguous billing timeline. Therefore, I kindly request a prompt and full refund for this transaction.

It does not work
I have tried everything and it just freezes up my MacBook Pro M5-the newest model

I used many similar apps, but this is simple and easy to use and fullfill all my requirement
Does what it says
It does in fact work. I've been wanting a utility like this for a long time. The UI is a bit lacking here and there. For example, you can't just dump a pile of PDFs into it and have it batch process them; you have to do them one at a time and click "Download", which also seems odd as the processing is local. But, it does work.

False Advertising
This did not remove the password from my PDF form

We're sorry for something not working for you. Removing the password works like opening password password-protected PDF and you can export/download the PDF file without a password. Otherwise, please share your problem on macd.developer@gmail.com, our team will help you as soon as possible. Seems #iPhone is also not safe in the sense of security concerns.

Just love the "Smart PDF" function of the program
