New update
This new update is so confusing and not cool. Why change the former overlay? It was easy to understand. Now it’s just hard. It drags to open, it’s so confusing to know what direction the bus is coming or going even if you click on arrival or departure. Not impressed at all.

Hi desr Devs ! Where is the “go to my position” button in “Track my bus”? I need to tap 3 times in the “back” arrow before it returns to the map. Buses in different colours are appreciated.
Abysmal tracking
No results on map when searching for my bus yet if ask for a route it suggests my bus number. Nearly missed my last bus trying to make sense of the app instead of asking the bus to stop.
First ticket purchase
So far a bit tricky buying first ticket, even the bus driver couldn’t figure it out, so he just let me on

UNO bus cancel and delay bus all the time, they make traveling draining around here

The app is unreliable like the buses , drivers taking short cuts missing out stops when there late leaving passengers stranded and when contacting them via the app despite receiving a message that a member of staff will get back to you - THEY DONT ceo on Facebook saying he’s improving the services -, he don’t reply to he’s emails well suited for the company

Convenient app but needs regular updates
The Uno Bus app is very easy to use and makes travelling so much more convenient I can plan journeys check live bus times and buy tickets all in one place which is fantastic. However, the app could improve by having more regular updates. Sometimes , live times aren’t accurate or the app feels a little slow. Keeping it updated would make it even better and more reliable for users. Overall , it’s a great app, and I’d recommend it to anyone using UNO buses regularly

Poor transport system
The worst bus services ever. It’s always delayed or cancelled. Delayed time is usually between 10 to 20 minutes which is really affects schedule badly. They need to step up their game and get their services better than it is now
Poor service
We want to push more people to use public transport yet this app is not easy to use, nor does it track live bus journeys let alone tell me bus times which never seem to turn up. I have on a number of occasions been waiting for over 2 hours and ended up getting a taxi home as the bus times in this app do not reflect when they turn up.

Broken now
The “Plan Your Journey” feature no longer works, making it much harder to plan any journeys, a real inconvenience as I use Uno Buses regularly. Been broken for weeks now and no sign of it being fixed. Not good enough.
The buses are always have issues
I have no problem with the app but the bus system is bad, there’s always a change mid the journey and the bus drops you off at the campus and never comes bac. Also there’s always a change in drivers and sometimes they are late making the whole journey long and you can’t even complain. I’m so upset because they’ve left me stranded.

The app doesn’t work with iPhone
The time feature in plan your route can’t be amended as it doesn’t fit on the phone screen. This makes it impossible to use
Poor live track
Not very accurate live map with buses a stop ahead in reality. Also at times, buses don’t show at all on the map despite being on the road.
A shame as it was a feature you would hope to work as timetable times are not reliable so realtime updates could be helpful.

Bus comes late
Bus comes very late and makes a lot of stop and wastes a lot of time which causes damage to passengers time and schedule.. very bad
Needs fix
Terrible the app crashes half the time and the search for a bus is way too complicated unlike the Arriva app where you press one button and it tells you what buses are nearby
Unreliable
"Plan your journey" doesn't sync up with live bus times or availabilities.

It’s been lovely to have an app. Sometimes it’s not been functioning properly. Not sure whether it is not updating due to the driver or control office issue. When ask drivers say it’s issue from the office. It’s doubtful when the other buses were updating!!
