Getting kickoff after submitting Pin
Since three days, facing this issue. Customer care ticket was closed apparently after ‘resolving’ the issue. Had to call again and reopen the ticket as, guess what, it has not been fixed yet.
Have been using UCB and Upay for years now but this kind of negligence is just petty.

Money is held during bank transfer
Very bad service, my money is on hold and it has been 7 working days and they have not given any solution. They keep saying it is an emergency job and we have to wait. If it takes so long, how will we work?

Prepaid Card button isn’t working
The Prepaid Card button isn’t working, it takes a refresh after clicking on it and then nothing happens, doesn’t direct to the prepaid card balance page.

Sorry to say, the latest version of the upay app for an apple user, i did not find donate option. I called customer support Twice for this issue but no latest update i get that. For the security purpose I can’t change my sim because its an e-sim. So, I am totally disappointed.
