Big scam…
I deposited money in etherium, verification requested, I provided all the documents and it has now been 105 days that my money has been blocked, I lost 500€ and the price of eth continues to rise... please do not trust them
Not working with Apple Pay (yet). Not as UPay advertised and no refund
Before I buy the virtual card I confirmed with them to make sure this card can be added to Apple Pay. But when I actually paid and try to connect to Apple Pay. I was told this features is not ready or under maintenance. There is no estimate on when it can be used. I asked the customer services if I can get refund since it is usable. They said no. In case I lost my money buying something totally useless. So be careful before use this app. I would not say this is a scam but at least they adverse something they are not capable and even worse no refund!!! I will remove this bad review if they actually make it work someday. Before that happened please be cautious .
