Layout change
The new update has completely changed the layout,and it looks very different. The previous calendar design was clearer and easier to use. Please consider bringing the old one back.!

Why not working???
Good idea but never improved
The app was launched under the original company owner and the vision of it was great. However under the new owners any development seems to have stopped and the app seems so outdated and often doesn’t work as it should.
Crashes immediately
This company doesn’t fix anything. They just take your money and send you to support agent.
Same issues for YEARS
Same issues as the other reviews - initial implementation that never got improved… for years of the same complaints. UI jumps when scrolling, poor font support when large, no screen rotation support, no overview (month view), etc etc… it’s like they pushed it out and never iterated 😔
Poor app
Looking for a channel manager that’s as powerful and easy as Airbnb app to avoid booking.com’s awful app and websites. This is not it. It’s clunky, basic and does not handle larger fonts
Basic functionality
Would like to be able to access for functionality on the app and calendars, currently it’s just a shell of the web app
Ok but would love to see more features
The app is constantly logging me out which is very frustrating. Please improve this. I shouldn’t have to log into an app multiple times per day. Would also love to see improved features like managing discount codes and being able to view abandoned checkout bookings.
Can’t login
Can’t login, tried every way, finally just random error messages. Waste of time
Need to login everytime i use it
I am so frustrated that i need to login everytime i use the mobile app that i just use airbnb since most bookings are from there. Will be leaving platform as messaging guest on the go is a critical function.
Mobile App could be good
Need to delete/reload mobile app super frequently so forced to use Web log in where can not scroll or select dates. UP Very poor customer service. Promised a lot severely under delivered.

I have to restart my phone every single time I want to use the app only to get it to work briefly.

The new update took away the feature to initiate a conversation within the app.

The only thing missing was a calendar view and everything else was perfect but now i cant even initiate a message to the guest

Very basic, annoying i need to login every time i use it
On my wife and my iPhones we both need to log in each time we use it which defeats the purpose of convenience. Please fix this bug
Uplisting Control is Lacking
If you're an Uplisting user, you're better off using the web interface (works best on your computer, as the mobile web version doesn't display well.) The app provides no management functions (other than calendar) that you normally get when logged in to the web interface (uplisting.io) such as marking checked-in, checked-out, rental agreements, etc.
I will say it does do calendar management and messaging management well (the ONLY functions it has,) but I find it irritating that I don't have all of my normal control that I get when I log in online. A very basic app, for sure. Better to just create a shortcut icon on your phone that takes you to the mobile version so that you can have full control rather than using this extremely dumbed-down and limited app (Google or ask ChatGPT how to create a web page shortcut for your specific mobile operating system if you don't know how. It creates what looks like an app icon that opens up and loads a web page in your mobile browser when you click on it.)

Crashes immediately on startup
I was previously having an issue where every time I started up the app it wanted me to re-login, so I updated the app to the latest version 2.7.7 and now the app won’t even start up, it immediately crashes when you tap on the icon. Rebooted the phone and deleted/reinstalled the app but neither helped. It’s really too bad, the web interface has worked well but I really need to be able to access things on the go. iPhone 13 Pro Max running iOS 16.0.3.
