Couldn’t be more happy
As a realtor, I’ve tried a lot of different lead sources. This is by far the very best and they don’t kill you with such high referral fees as other others. I couldn’t be more happy. They’ve been so professional and pleasant to work with also.
Waste of money
So far biggest waste of money, I didn’t sign up for buyers leads, and if I did I would not be giving them part of my commission. I have only gotten one lead that I could contact and that lady has been wasting peoples time for years. Dumpy old trailer has been listed several times over the last few years.

Not one real lead in 2 months, don’t waste your money
Fake lead
I received leads with no last names and no phone numbers provided. Fake leads!
Not a viable lead source
I was hopeful that this would be a viable source for leads. But after several months it has proven to be a complete bust. The leads have no idea what the service is or why you are contacting them. I have not been able to convert any of them into even warm leads. 75% or more are completely nonresponsive. And the few others who do respond only do so to say not interested. It’s a total waste of money in my opinion. I will not use them again.
