Couldn’t be more happy
As a realtor, I’ve tried a lot of different lead sources. This is by far the very best and they don’t kill you with such high referral fees as other others. I couldn’t be more happy. They’ve been so professional and pleasant to work with also.
Waste of money
So far biggest waste of money, I didn’t sign up for buyers leads, and if I did I would not be giving them part of my commission. I have only gotten one lead that I could contact and that lady has been wasting peoples time for years. Dumpy old trailer has been listed several times over the last few years.

I received leads with no last names and no phone numbers provided. Fake leads!
Not a viable lead source
I was hopeful that this would be a viable source for leads. But after several months it has proven to be a complete bust. The leads have no idea what the service is or why you are contacting them. I have not been able to convert any of them into even warm leads. 75% or more are completely nonresponsive. And the few others who do respond only do so to say not interested. It’s a total waste of money in my opinion. I will not use them again.

Money wasted
I wouldn’t waste your money on this. Sad real estate is becoming a game of who can spend the most for leads. Have got 1 decent leads from this site in a few months.
Waste of time and money
We need negative stars here. They charge an outrageous 30% referral. They do absolutely no vetting. I have received several scams from this service. Their proposals are at the very least confusing to both agents and customers. And to be considered viable, you have to do a ton of set up work to get a high enough score to get good leads. Not to mention they’re not cheap either. I don’t like lead generators in the first place, but this one is especially useless.

Zero results
Unfortunately I have paid for 1 year and many months have gone by without any results. Some unverified leads have come through that are unresponsive and some that aren’t leads at all. I am very disappointed and I will not subscribe again. If any thing positive happens I will update my review.
Scam
Don’t waste your money the amount of qualified leads I have received that say they’re not planning on selling their house or I’ve already sold it and that’s with me calling them within 45 seconds of receiving the lead. And then if you do get somebody that in the rare chance has already sold their home, they already have 40 other Realtors calling them

Do not use.
Poor lead quality and minimal lead funnel. No conversations, no. responses and lead contact is not provided to be able to manage follow up with potential leads. Worst lead platform I’ve used.

Save your money on this lead gen. Total waste of money!
Disappointing
Upnest/Realtor.com splits their leads between 3-5 agents in each region plus someone their own team also contacts the clients once a week as well. If you are not the first one to contact the client, you will most likely not get the lead and the client will just be annoyed with a dozen or more calls coming in. They lock you into a year contract so you are stuck dealing with their terrible service until your contract expires. Totally disappointed, but nothing I can do about it. I would recommend not waisting your time or money.

Leads are terrible
Every lead has been terrible, either they are non responsive or already have agents or are mad we are even calling them as their house is not For sale. It has been a wast of the money we paid.

The lead system is not very effective. When leads are generated, there is no contact information provided for potential clients, necessitating approval of a proposal before communication can occur.
Additionally, it is misleading to claim that a specialist will call to assist with adding zip codes, as this does not happen. Furthermore, it is not disclosed that each zip code is paid for separately.
The lead system is crucial for agents, and transparency regarding the leads provided is essential. Please improve the system to better serve the needs of agents.

Scam!!!!
At this point I’m pretty sure the clients aren’t even real people because I have had the membership for 4 months now and every single person I’ve called never picks up. They also don’t respond to their emails. Waste of time and money
Not a successful lead system
I Being paying for the service and I have not receive any leads. The Commision refund for clients is no longer an option but Upnest has not updated their system
MISLEADING
Unfortunately, I started with Listing toolkit August 4, 2025, and to be truly transparent I have yet to sign an agreement or get anyone on the line with the correct information. I have received “leads” however UpNest safeguards themselves by default stating the customer is in control, whereas they expect you to continue to pay $175/monthly. Going into another month which is September, I haven’t received any new leads since August 26th, and I’ve been “waiting” for the customers to approve me. I think that this is an absolute joke to be profiting realtors monthly for this amount of money to only go months with no expectation of getting the potential sellers information. Idk. I’ll try it for another month and if I’m not signing 3 agreements for listings this month, I’ll have to pause this subscription.
I think that programs like this mislead and say what they can to lure a Realtor in, until you realize quickly they’re just like other lead generation companies. They’re all the same~ if you’re not seeing a return on your monthly out of pocket expense, there’s absolutely no reason to be loosing money like that. Use wisdom and say NO to the recruiters. They’re not realtors and most of them are reading from a pitch and are inexperienced. I’m one to try something first before giving a strong review, but also do not take me months to know it’s not working for me. Hoped this alerts and helps other realtors.

Just be careful Real Estate Brokers. My leads are within my designated zipcodes and counties, and I have looked up by hand in the RPR to verify, so they’re good leads, not all though. 😇
UPDATE: I signed back up with this platform on September 15, 2025. Because they never credited my bank account a refund refunded me they credited the REALTOR.COM platform of $175. Since I signed back up, I have received ZERO leads. This company is a complete fraud. When you have to use Reba to exploit realtors and make money off them monthly along with a 30% commission, you really are not the best company. As of today, September 26. 2025, 12 days since I signed back up, no leads, I called them and basically said to them to cancel the subscription effective immediately. All their review reviews are from four or five and six years ago. You will not find no good reviews within the year from real estate brokers about this company and Up Nest platform. I would rather pay Google than to put my money into These lying lead generation companies. I truly believe Zillow is more effective than REALTOR.COM. I have experienced it firsthand that this platform is not true and they do not deliver the service with which they state. It is a one-sided relationship. And it’s not worth your money monthly. As of today they try to “educate me”, and or insult my intelligence. But I immediately. Stopped the gentleman and informed him that I did not need a lecture from him nor did I need to be educated on what I know should be happening. So. Please do not allow these young people that are calling you from the REALTOR.COM site to coerced you into thinking that this platform or this “ program” works. It’s a waste of your money and they will tell you that the customer has more control. So I wish I could give this company a zero but if anyone calls me trying to guilt trip me and lecture me on anything I will gladly hang the phone in their faces. Because no one will call me and interrogate me about my business operations when I am paying you monthly to help expand my business. ABSOLUTELY NO TO THIS PLATFORM. ANY OF THEIR PROGRAMS. NO.
