Getting them to even acknowledge me is a part time job. Nobody answers the phones, the call center is open for a total of 3 hours each business day and is always “we have a high volume of callers please leave a message so that we can ignore it.”
Concerned
The app has not been updated in 2 years and is just a half-baked web app. More problematic is the service itself. Looking at sites like BBB and TrustPilot, there’s too many negative reviews about the claims process. Among other issues, not timely and Upsie denying claims by invoking loopholes like negligence for accidental breakage. Fortunately I’ve not had to use the claims process for the devices I have under Upsie. I do see Upsie responding to those reviews but often just a pat response. On the positive side, they gave me a prorated refund for a cancelled warranty.

Frustrating
Company sold me several plans and refused to honor the warranty. Should have stuck with a real company.
Good service, garbage app
Their app is literally only a link to their website, except that none of The links work. Better off just going to the website and not wasting the space on your phone. Completely useless app.
Warranty does not cover all accidental damage.
I called in to get coverage for my iPad which got damaged when it fell on the floor while using it and accidentally stepped on it while trying to get up to pick it up. They denied my claim. What a waste of money thinking I would save some money on a warranty but they use loopholes to back track there way out of whatever they can. Should of known better to give my money to a worthless warranty company that doesn’t stand behind there product.

App needs work
App indicates that their is no receipt on file for my warranty. If I log into the Upsie website, I can download a copy of the receipt that I uploaded when I purchased the warranty, so obviously it’s there. Sort of defeats the purpose of the App.
Can't see the email address
This is really annoying me because I want to buy protection for a new TV I bought and can't until this is taken care of. Please someone help ASAP!

If you’re looking for a warranty provider to replace the hot mess squaretrade has been shaped into to since Allstate bought it, look no further. If you have trouble submitting pdf in the app, try it using chrome on windows or Mac — the web app is basically bug free.
For $3 less per device (many), upsie offers broader coverage for a year more than squaretrade does right now. Not to mention upsie deductible is $25 per instance of damage and squaretrade now charges $75.

Early customer issues, now a fan
I had some issues as an early customer with two warranties but I’m now a convert and a big fan. The founder of the company took the time to reach out to me in both cases and iron things out. I plan to give them another try soon.
Early on in the company’s life they used a warranty company called New Leaf who has since been replaced. New Leaf is the quintessential scam warranty company.
At this point I’m a fan and would recommend to a friend.

Phone warranty claim
Been reading reviews about Upsie and a few talking about their past partner. They must be working with a great partner now.
Made a claim on my IPhone 8 and got my screen fixed locally. Was happy that i had a repair shop a few miles away. Going to protect all my stuff under Upsie in the future.

Great prices!
Really nice app with cheap warranty options. I just got a warranty for my new iPhone for much cheaper (and a lower deductible) than others . I can't rate the actual warranty process, but if I ever have to go through that I will update this review.
How is this better?
"You must provide the original sales receipt in order for a claim to be processed. Products found to be non-defective will be returned to You. You are responsible for all costs of postage, insurance, packaging and shipping. " how is this better than AppleCare?

My kids and I were out of state on a road trip when my daughter dropped her phone and shattered the screen! This was my first claim so I wasn’t sure how the process would go, but you couldn’t have made it any easier. I opened the app, called the claim number and was quickly directed to go to the nearest shop to have it fixed. I first went to an AT&T store but they told me it would take several days and tried to upsell me to another phone. Really?? But I found a phone repair shop and they had me on my way in less than an hour. From the time the phone was broke to having it repaired was only 2 hours!! To be able to get it fixed that easy and avoid vacation drama…THANK YOU!

This seems like a good app but idk what the hell I am buying. Yea it says the compiny and everything buy idk if it has all the parts or even if its an xbox 360 or the one.
