Cannot collect my CME that I earn from using this app. Does not show up on my list to redeem. Have been in an endless loop of a conversation with their support team who continues to ask me the same questions I’ve already answered. This is crazy that I can’t get the CME from using the app, so frustrating !!!

I want an overview!
I prefer an overview of a disease state instead of an answer to a question
Answers disappear
I am sure the answers are wonderful to my questions, but they disappear almost immediately after answering and then I cannot find them again or get other answers to show. Disappointing.
My Go To AI
I use AI extensively and an addition I’m constantly looking things up via UpToDate so having an AI was the next step and it’s really been super useful and helpful. I highly recommend it to everybody.

Not helpful
The app is light years behind open evidence!! It does not provide an answer and keeps repeating your question and asking if anything you want to add and if you say nothing to add it keeps looping to the same statement of your question and no answer is provided. In open evidence I got my answer from the first time!! What a waste of money paying for the subscription!
