I was a regular customer but once for some reasons I returned the parcel I got the coupon as well but whenever I inserted the coupon it always said expired i tried several times and I tried to contact them but no response their customer care or their insta dm is good for nothing .

This is complete fraud..I ordered 2 products..the quality is pathetic…when returning it gives option to return only one of the product…moreover there is not money back all you get is the store credit which i don’t want to use as the quality is poor. After all of this when placed return request it is falsely showing already returned when I have not returned the product in reality

Worst app and services
I really wish the way they focus on their designs they should at least focus on better app development and service such as return policies, customer care support etc and let me come to their delivery services omg it’s a disaster. I ordered from their website on 2nd and received it on 24th it took 22 days to deliver that too in city like mumbai. No update was given not even their website has clear tracking system.
Really didn’t expected this from such well known brand.

Worst experience
The app lacks feature of return or cancellation. Its been more than 15 days i have placed an order on uptownie, there are no updates on the order. I have call their customer service to cancel the order, they said it will be done via email only. I emailed them for the same, but no reply yet and they haven’t cancelled the order as well.

Pathetic customer service
I had ordered clothes worth ₹4,000 for my vacation. The delivery was delayed, and by the time the package reached my home, I had already left for an international trip and there was no one available to receive it. Since I couldn’t connect with the delivery person, the order was marked as returned.
When I came back, I requested a refund, but the company refused, saying they don’t have a refund policy and would issue store credit instead. It’s now been 4 months, and I haven’t received any refund or store credit. This is completely fraudulent and highly unprofessional.
