I was a regular customer but once for some reasons I returned the parcel I got the coupon as well but whenever I inserted the coupon it always said expired i tried several times and I tried to contact them but no response their customer care or their insta dm is good for nothing .

This is complete fraud..I ordered 2 products..the quality is pathetic…when returning it gives option to return only one of the product…moreover there is not money back all you get is the store credit which i don’t want to use as the quality is poor. After all of this when placed return request it is falsely showing already returned when I have not returned the product in reality

I really wish the way they focus on their designs they should at least focus on better app development and service such as return policies, customer care support etc and let me come to their delivery services omg it’s a disaster. I ordered from their website on 2nd and received it on 24th it took 22 days to deliver that too in city like mumbai. No update was given not even their website has clear tracking system.
Really didn’t expected this from such well known brand.

Worst experience
The app lacks feature of return or cancellation. Its been more than 15 days i have placed an order on uptownie, there are no updates on the order. I have call their customer service to cancel the order, they said it will be done via email only. I emailed them for the same, but no reply yet and they haven’t cancelled the order as well.

Pathetic customer service
I had ordered clothes worth ₹4,000 for my vacation. The delivery was delayed, and by the time the package reached my home, I had already left for an international trip and there was no one available to receive it. Since I couldn’t connect with the delivery person, the order was marked as returned.
When I came back, I requested a refund, but the company refused, saying they don’t have a refund policy and would issue store credit instead. It’s now been 4 months, and I haven’t received any refund or store credit. This is completely fraudulent and highly unprofessional.

Fake Brand
This brand is a FRAUD. Please dont buy from this brand. I placed my order a month ago and their customer support is idiotic, no reply nothing. My money has been wasted on this super fake brand. And when I try to reach out through their instagram page comment sections, they deliberately have deleted my comments. This states how fake and fraud these people are!!!!! I placed an order on 3rd august which was a prepaid its still now processed further and when i am trying to contact the customer support they are not responding to my mails or my msgs and when i tried to cancel the order i am not able to do that as they are stating it has processed and if i try to get my order status it is unavailable i think this is fake . please think before ordering

Horrible customer service
I placed an order almost 10 days ago. But there is no estimated date of delivery mentioned nor is there any option to track the order. To top it off, the customer service number does not exist and there is no response to the emails. I want to return my order now but they only give credits and are not returning the amount. God please don’t fall into this trap called Uptownie. I ordered two shirts and one of them I’d to return. Now they only give you store credits for your return not your money so I’d to mandatorily order other things which I sure didn’t like because of the cheap quality. I ordered three piece co-ord set from their website on rakhi sale. And all i got is just a shirt.
Their whatsapp msg to me clearly stated that I order a three piece co-ord set. Now if I am trying to return it , it shows that this product is not refundable. Contact number on their site is unavailable. I guess may be they are doing fraud only . My first purchase from them and I am so disappointed.

Useless app and brand with pathetic customer support
I ordered a dress and as mentioned in their terms and conditions, they do not provide refund in cash, they give the credits. When i finally tried using the store credits, they took away all the offers and discounts after applying the credits, which were present before, so that they can make money from that order as well. Such a shame! I am never going to order from this website or app.

I ordered 2 outfits for 1805 rs from them on 19 may they sent me only 1 after almost 20-25 days in small package of 0.3 kg 🤣 and now they are claming we sent two outfits how two outfit will be fitted into 0.3 kg package god knows…they are fraud don’t order from them this app doesn’t have any reliable customer service so far. They pretend to be genuine but totally opposite. Never ever gonna order from them.

Poor Customer Support
I had placed an order with Uptownie and I got a system generated message stating that the order is delayed with no clarity on why and for how long. This is a prepaid order and I have tried everything to reach out to the Customer Care team and have not heard anything back. My first order and the experience has not been great so far. I have messaged on Instagram and followed up but nothing. Same on the WhatsApp chat. Considering the target market, I have seen better service from other similar sites. Very disappointing
