Really useful app for Open Day. It made it easy to find my way around campus and keep track of the sessions I wanted to go to.
Embarrassingly bad.
Dreadful UI/UX. My son encountered multiple errors trying to register and login and was super frustrated before we even got to the Open Day.
Schedule: why are Tours not displayed on your he schedule?
Login: Login is flakey. Didn’t recognise that I had registered last year. You need to identify all scenarios and test them before releasing an app.
Forgot pin email: 1. “from address” should be “UQ Open Day” or similar, not “Events Air”. What is the “Attendee app”? 3. Email wording is confusing: it states “you can use this PIN as your password”, yet the app asks for a PIN
Schedule filter only has ‘all.’ I want to filter by sessions, tours, etc…
“Add to Favourites” is incredibly slow (four seconds which is a long time in the app world) and doesn’t display a loading symbol (gif). I pressed it multiple times because it was so slow. Very frustrating
Filter doesn’t allow selection of multiple subjects. So can’t select ‘engineering’ and scienece’ abd ‘IT’. Should be able to select multiple options
Why such limited info in the app? Eg ‘scholarships’ and ‘student fees’ have only limited info. Should at least link to the UQ website. What’s the point of the app if it doesn’t give you info about the topic?
Can’t copy/paste text from the app? Very annoying when taking notes.
My Agenda > no way to remove sessions that you have registered for. Why is this different to adding a session as a favourite?? Why?
What is ‘Win Prizes’? No info in the app about what it is.
Parking? Why on earth is there no parking info in the app? This was the first thing I looked for- info about when to arrive and where to park.
Menu items if they aren’t populated - eg Facilities.Missing info: colleges. What are they? Why no info in the app?
