I live near Tampa, and every time I come down to visit my son, we go to Urban Buzz in the morning. He lives in Fort Myers, and we’re really excited for that location to open. I wish we had you guys up near me
Loyalty points not updating
Love urban. And go almost every day. But I’ve notice since November 2, 2024. My points are not updating. Thought there was an update to the app but there is not one. Please check and fix any bugs.

Awesome coffee and friendly staff
I love Urban Buzz—their coffee is delicious and every time I visit the staff is extremely nice in a genuine way. As far as the app goes it seems easy to navigate and very helpful to order ahead.
Can’t use
I love this coffee place, but I cannot use the app. I have been a long time rewards customer but when I try to sign in on the app, it says my email account does not exist when I try to do a password reset. It does exist because I’m logged into whatever website rewards existed beforehand in a Safari tab, & the employee always enters my rewards via my phone number. The account very much exists. Any ideas how I can get logged in with the app or why it would say that? I’d love to change the 1 star to 5 if I could get support. I don’t want to make a new account & lose my existing points. Thank you.
