NEW UPDATE IS HORRIBLE
App constantly shuts down or restricts access for no reason. I spent an hour shopping then was told I was “clicking too much” so they just locked me out of the site! Like what a joke! Do you want my money or not? I was a GOLD member for 3 years!!! and ever since the new rewards program and new app updates shopping here has been the worst experience ever. Less rewards, less incentives, terrible shipping times, horrible customer service and a trash APP AND WEBSITE. I liked shopping here but this store app and site has made me shop elsewhere simply for having such a horrible app and interface. It’s honestly sad and annoying just fix it or I will keep spending my money somewhere else.

Never lets me reset password
I never get an email or text to reset my password. After multiple attempts the password reset email or text never comes.

I had to attempt four times before my order would be able to go through and two items even if the size changed would not process
App broken
For months I can’t use the app it just keeps saying “there’s a problem authorizing your account” every time I open the app. I delete it and redownload so I’m not even logged it and it doesn’t matter.
