I just made an account. I try to log in. Your credentials aren’t correct. Brilliant. Try again. Change number. Ugh okay. Try again. You’ve tried to log in to many times. Actually go do one
Update after Update
Every time I open the app once I month I have to update it and it’s extremely annoying! Yall aren’t updating THAT MUCH. enough is enough
A little annoyed
I love using the app and I’ve never had any issues but I’m now ordering my third pair of shoes and hopefully they get it right. I’ve gotten two pairs of the wrong shoe. I’ve been doing this since before school started trying to get my kid his school shoes…
So annoying!
App never actually loads when you’re in an urban outfitters, and the WiFi in store is so patchy you have to leave the shop to load up the app. Also- endless notifications!! Girl I do not need five notifications a day !!!
Poor Shipping Handling
Ordered something with a few items that were the last available. Waited weeks, no shipping updates, nothing, and more nothing. Weeks to finally ship and then no estimated delivery or anything. A month goes by. Now they’ve shipped it again but I won’t get half my items. I don’t think I’ll shop here again.

Terrible customer service and terrible policy
I haven’t even received my order yet and I’m so frustrated with this! I ordered sneakers on a Thursday that I wanted to wear on Saturday. So I payed $25 extra for express shipping ! Then I see it says my package is delayed and won’t be here till Sunday! So I try to talk to customer service and they tell me Sunday isn’t a business day for them. What the hell does that have to do with anything I don’t care! I told them I want a refund back for the shipping price and they won’t give it to me! Then I had to deal with a virtual assistant that took forever to even get me a real human to talk to!never ordering from here again!

dont get me wrong i love the clothes, but when i got the app (i have no uo near me) no matter what i do it glitches to this blacl screen i cant access my account or anything on the app. very frustrating. i did everything to restart my phone deleted and installing the app. nothing worked. please anyone fix this bug
