App glitching
dont get me wrong i love the clothes, but when i got the app (i have no uo near me) no matter what i do it glitches to this blacl screen i cant access my account or anything on the app. very frustrating. i did everything to restart my phone deleted and installing the app. nothing worked. please anyone fix this bug

Unusable
I’ve always liked UO for shopping online and was a little put off when forced to get yet another app for browsing/purchasing. This one doesn’t even work and has now locked me out entirely, so I guess I shall have to take my custom elsewhere.
constantly kicks you out during checkout
trying to make a purchase I had to enter my credit card three different times and click so many different buttons to make sure that the correct address is Estate in the app if they actually want to make sales using this app, they really need to fix this

Repeat errors
I have made exchanges several times each time the exchange item is cancelled despite the return item being received. It takes up to three weeks for the return item to be processed. I’ve been a customer of Urban Outfitters for many years, but that will be changing. I’m tired of this process that doesn’t work.
