Steaks were dry. Burgers were good. Overall fair. Excellent service and very good manager

Not updated and most sores stopped the contract with them but still showing them as example al shefa polyclinic , upside down cafe and many stores , clinic and shops

There is no contract line as well for customer support

the app is very easy to use and not complicated at all + you don’t even need a paid subscription only a phone number.
great deals that you can find very easily. this is very helpful and i’m so glad they made this app.

App doesn’t work on mobile data

Tried on two phones, app works only with Wi-Fi. Difficult to find it working in the cafés ek

Burgers at Applebee’s

Had the sliders at Applebee’s was great and to add to it Urban point helped me to buy one get one free.

Excellent customer support

I have faced issue with one vendor who refused to give the offer promised. They went an extra mile in fighting with vendor and compensate me with additional period of subscription which is actually good rather than leaving the customer without any response.

Sudden error message

The app worked fine before but when I wanted to open it today it kept repeating an error message that says “You might be connecting to a server that is pretending to be adminurban.com...” I tried deleting and reinstalling the app and when I tried to login, the same message appeared and now I can’t log in anymore. I’m starting to get frustrated and I don’t know if this is an app bug or what.
