Pricing Discrepancies and Lack of Customer Service
I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the recent purchase of a pleated skirt from Urbanic. Upon receiving the skirt, I was immediately dismayed by the poor quality of the fabric and the ill-fitting size. The material felt cheap and lacked the promised pleated detailing, leaving me questioning the accuracy of the product description on the website. Moreover, the size of the skirt was significantly larger than expected, resulting in an unflattering and uncomfortable fit. However, what exacerbates my dissatisfaction even further is the discrepancy in the discount applied to the purchase and subsequent refund process. When I initially purchased the skirt, it was advertised at a 50% discount, and I paid a total of Rs. 495, including a Rs. 99 shipping fee. Yet, upon attempting to return the item due to its poor quality and sizing issues, I discovered that the app now reflected a 60% discount for the refund calculation, resulting in a refund amount of only Rs. 396. This sudden change in discount not only feels deceitful but also raises serious questions about the integrity of Urbanic's pricing policies. Additionally, despite reaching out to customer support multiple times via email, I have received the same automated response each time, indicating a lack of understanding or attention to my concerns. This repeated lack of meaningful engagement only adds to my frustration and disappointment with Urbanic's customer service. It is my sincere hope that Urbanic will address these issues promptly and take appropriate steps to rectify the situation, restoring trust and transparency in their pricing, product quality, and customer service practices.

Urbanic is unique and colorful
First of all I got to know about urbanic the moment they have launched, over the years the experience keeps getting better and better. I like the way the app is simple and has wide variety of designs. Literally if you want to buy some trendy outfit you should choose urbanic. I have got like 3 outfits so far but only 2 of them suited me and thats fine.
The only issue I got with is the sizes. I understand solving sizes issue is very challenging but most of the great designs especially the dresses I liked have XL as last option. I also checked out the curvy section but outifts are limited, I just wish more and more options are available for curvy persons also. But overall experience I had with customer support and other app related stuff everything is great. Thanks urbanic.

Urbanic has been my favourite fashion online store
Honestly , most of my trendy, stylish and fashion clothes are from Urbanic. Love how fancy and affordable the clothes are. I love how Urbanic knows how to keep up with trend and provides amazing quality. The only disappointment I have is with my clothing sizes, since I’m a tiny small 5’2 girl with tiny waist, I always have issue with waist fitting with most of the clothes and number of xs sizes aren’t available so I’d urge you to introduce more XS size clothes. And also, the delivery time takes a lot of time. If you can improve on that, it would be amazing apart from that, thank you for providing us amazing stylish clothes I really love them and continue to help us keep up with fashion trends.

Wonderful App Reasonable rates…. just that recently they have hiked the prices and are not giving the bag discount on dresses as earlier…moreover the coupons are also not readily available as previously they were on the website.. please relax your criteria as it was earlier...But overall I love this website…most of my wardrobe has dresses from urbanic...Thank you urbanic for a wonderful shopping experience with lovely designer dresses.. Quantity is amazing
I have been using this app since so long and this never disappoint me Quality and fit is top notch💜 Urbanic has never let me down till date. I'm a gym girl and most of my gym clothes which I order from some other website and app always gave me bad experience but i have never faced this problem with Urbanic. Their gym fit are THE BEST QUALITY and i don't understand why people have negative reviews since i have never faced such problems with them. Their 24*7 live chat support is SO QUICK AND ACCURATE i have never seen any other brand have such an efficient customer service. Love the gym clothes and the denims as well.
