Poor Interface and Technical Issues
It’s like using a 10-15 years old application where the user interface, design and functionality doesn’t matter. Very poor in every perspective.

And now a days most of the people are getting benifit by the sceme that PM launched that till 200units electricity is free for everyone per month. But we are paying a lot more extra…..!! Fraud app & fraud company
This app is a fraud, it has its own private meter which shows extra consumption than actual!! After several complaints, no action has been taken. From their customer care also, no one is answerable. A legal action must be taken against them. If there would be a 0 star option, I would definitely give that to this Urjavi app, team, company. Complete fraud. Charges extra electricity!!

Unfair & Unjustified Consumption – Needs Urgent Fixes
Absolutely disappointed. I keep my prepaid electricity balance above ₹200, and still, the units vanish like thin air. The consumption pattern makes zero sense. Just one fan, one light, and a few hours of AC usage – and suddenly ₹150–₹200 everyday is gone in a single day. How?
And minimum balance should be 50 to 100 please see your competitors.
This feels less like power monitoring and more like daylight robbery.
The app shows vague consumption, no real-time usage breakdown, and no clarity on where the units are going. Where is the transparency? There should be daily usage alerts, consumption analysis (per appliance, if possible), and a warning system if something spikes.
This is supposed to help us monitor electricity, not make us fear using it.
People are forced to recharge constantly, and the meter keeps eating balance even when everything is turned off for hours! Either the app is faulty or the system is scamming consumers. Too much cost and what is the fixed charge I don’t understand and the fixed charge is not fixed it is changing day by day.

The electricity consumption is extremely high, and the units are getting utilized very quickly. Even when I am not at home, the balance continues to decrease and eventually goes to zero.

This app is a big SCAM! Do NOT use the app even if you’re forced to. Do NOT fall into the trap.
My balance drops down drastically even with minimal use of electricity. Why is it that one should recharge with a minimum 300₹ and not any other amount less than that? What kind of rule is that? These MFers are robbing us. Someone should take strict action against these MFers.

I use this app and the electricity bill turns out to be double or triple of the actual amount as they would randomly add charges for no reason spiking the electricity bill to 1200 a month for a single room with no AC.
Confusing OTP UI – Needs Improvement
The payment experience needs improvement, especially during OTP verification. The placement of the “Resend OTP” button at the top and the “Submit” button at the bottom is confusing. I’ve accidentally clicked “Resend” instead of “Submit” multiple times — this is already the second time it has happened.
This kind of UI design can lead to unnecessary delays and frustration during payments. It would be much better if the buttons were clearly separated or positioned more intuitively to avoid mistakes.
Please consider improving this flow for a smoother user experience.

Fraud company
Basically it is a fraud company, they tie up with organizations and show fake bills they trasfer money to organizations not directly to government, you will receive bill even you arr not using any power. When ever they get bad reviews they change the company and app name.
