Log in Button does not work!
The log in button cannot be used because of a graphic is blocking it. I reloaded my account and updated the app. Now I am not able to use my account because i can’t log in. The app support is not available. Do not use this app until this is fixed or you will lose your money.

Poorly Coded App
I cannot register a new account with this app. When I tap the Submit button, the form scrolls to the top. No indication of what field or fields is problematic. Deleting...
The Revised/updated APP
I just updated to the new update APP and now I cannot login… Login in button doesn’t open.
Does not work
When I got the app it worked for the first few times so I added more money and now it doesn’t seem to connect to the machines. It’s not just one machine either I’ve tried multiple others and it does not work. I use to be able to delete the app and then try again and it would go through but now even that does not work. I am very disappointed!

Never Works
The app just loads once you log in, can’t reload, scan….nothing.
This app steals.
Theres so many times where this app has bugged and taken my money. But the most notable time was when it had taken 8 whole dollars from me. Its not a lot of money but throughout the many months of me having no choice but to put at least 10 dollars in because i forgot my card, or cash ect. and it taking small amounts from 50 cents to a full dollar or two it adds up:/ ngl I’ve only now keep this app as a last resort it I forget my money and for some god unknown reason it doesn’t accept apple pay. It pisses me off.

Not very user-friendly can only use if you have cash loaded can’t use debit card unless cash is loaded from that to the app which is a huge flaw

How do you expect someone to react when they can’t even sign up and make a account? Abysmal. Won’t be purchasing anything from them again

Great Rewards App
This is an awesome rewards program that is provided at my work place through our open market. You earn points, discounts, and product promotions. Also, 1.5% of your purchases goes to a charity that you can choose on the app. The promotions are a little confusing at first but I asked one the representatives from USConnect and they informed me that you’ll pay the full price of the items but will be credited back the promotion within 48hours. Overall it is a great experience!

I want a refund
The camera to scan the QR code doesn’t work. It’s literally a black screen and despite granting access, and reinstalling the app, it still doesn’t work. I tried to find the app support and it leads me to a page that doesn’t exist. I want a refund on my credit or have them fix the issue.
Minimal rewarding app
This app is without a doubt a very cheap app made to reward those who hope to save and earn rewards. In order to get a $25 credit voucher you have to earn 5000 points which done by spending $1000. If you try to redeem for lower credits you’re actually losing out on being rewarded. The promotions don’t work at all. Multiple times I tried to make use of the in-app coupons and never got a discount. For example, 2 for $3 3Musketeers bar will never be applied and you end up paying $6.30.

doesn't work when paying at vending machines machines
I signed up and added $10, but when trying to use the app at multiple vending machines I kept getting the same error message "card not supported. Try another card." I reached out to customer service and they refunded my money.
One Star – Completely Broken Registration
Can’t even create an account. Every time I hit “Submit,” the screen just jumps back to the top with no error message, no explanation—nothing. I’d expect at least basic functionality, but this is straight-up unusable. Terrible experience.
