This app sucks. It won’t let me post any ads.
Not good
Horrible interface and bad user experience. Almost like the developers have given up on this app. Oh well, Kijiji it is!
Graphics for submitting ads are not user friendly
Navigating the app is not intuitive
What a disappointment
You cannot view/zoom in on photos at all. You cannot search within the categories anymore. What a disappointment.
Cool idea in principle
I loved the idea of this thinking it could be like a new Craigslist or something, but my area seems to only be used car dealers listing a million cars. I really would love a way to exclude these people from my searches, but I look up film cameras as an example and I get 200 used cars and maybe 1 camera. Sorry I just can’t be bothered to hunt on the app for hours, I don’t want a used car lol

Great site and fantastic app. Super easy to post!
Not user friendly
Not very user friendly. I kept getting an error on my post, but no indication of exactly what the problem was. 50 trial and error attempts later I was finally successful. It said make sure all fields are completed. Tip, Don’t make your description too long!

Terrible app
This app is terrible, pictures are stretched, my phone doesn’t have access to the photos and it’s hard to get that. Why is this app so annoying?

Can’t log in with google?
I have an account and the website on browser lets me log in with google but I cannot do that on the app. Whats even the point?
Registering and editing a post
Compared to other sites,I found “used.ca” to be rather frustrating when endeavouring to register and edit one’s posting….there is no immediate help except to call a number and leave a call back or forward a message online and wait for a response.
After several attempts on my own ,with much frustrations,I did get my item posted …now to wait for a callback on how to edit my posting.
I do hope others do not have such a frustrating time as i have had today as I hve heard many compliments about ‘Used.ca” from friends and will continue to post my items for sale.

Worst ever
Completely useless. Took 30 mins to set up account and won’t show me my ads that I posted. Click on ‘my ads’ and The wheels of the app go round and round but nothing ever happens
Keeps crashing
Whenever I try to look for a vehicle and select attributes to filter it crashes. This has been going on for a while. I thought they would eventually fix it which is why I’ve never complained about it until now.

Terrible app. First off, didn’t get any lead in 2weeks. Second, I was unable to delete my listings. Lastly, could not delete my used.ca account. This makes no sense. Eventually, uninstalled app from phone
Best Buy/sell site in the CRD
Very easy to use, an intuitively organized site, very easy to post ads on, and it seems to be the go to for the greater Victoria area, whereas everywhere else seems to be all craigslist!

it should be a place for used stuff, not a place where every 3rd or 4th listing is an ad, very disappoining
