I was discriminated against by this company. I had a perfect driving record as a van driver and they would not tell me why they banned me after I signed up. I never drove for them. They said my profile was not a fit for their platform. Still have the emails.
My car was picked up. App 10days later still says Booked

Like the concept app needs work
So the app in theory is quite genius and has been very helpful. However, the usage and user friendliness needs work.. The app is very buggy and does not function in the best way it possibly could.. I think they need to hire a new programmers….

Wasted opportunity
What a poorly designed and underdeveloped app. Hasn’t improved in a decade. All the money they take from shipping customers and transporters and they put so little into making the job easier for transporters to book work. The frustrating thing is that they have all the data they just won’t spend the time or money to fix it.

Suggested bids
Uship needs to update their database of suggested bids to reflect 2026 fuel prices. Customers are basing their offer prices on far outdated fuel prices.

Transparency unprofessional broker
As carrier I am always looking for work and exploring options to put money on the table, I believe that’s all we want to do. I apply to work with this company and started to process my application just to receive an email how I was banned from the platform without an explanation or a courtesy. they made me feel as if I was doing something wrong for trying to apply. I am a carrier for the last two years with a good reputation, I am fully insured and my company is in good standing situation. As a company you should be mindful of the way you respond to your posible customers and or your carriers. I will never do business with you as I will never work for you after this.
