功能缺失，卡顿

1、香港盈立app背景皮肤比新加坡盈立少一个静谧蓝
2、个股图标模式下，打开卡顿严重，不如新加坡盈立app流畅。
3、订单提交页面缺少手续费清单，不如新加坡盈立。
同一家公司为何厚此薄彼？是香港盈立不配吗？

Terrible fund handling & unprofessional service at uSMART Securities

I deposited HK$30,000 correctly with matching bank transfer amount, yet the deposit failed for vague "internal finance error". Worse, the app sent NO notification about the failed deposit; I only found out when I tried to place trades and saw zero cash balance, missing my trading window.

After this risky incident, I requested free stock transfer to another broker due to complete loss of trust. My RM delayed all transfer work until June 23 simply because he was on leave, even claiming replying to me during holiday was a favour. Their standard transfer fees are extremely high (HK$600 minimum per HK stock, US$100 minimum per US stock) to lock clients in.

Only after multiple formal complaints did they finally approve full fee waiver for my stock transfer. Their system alert mechanism, internal fund process and client management are all flawed. I would NOT recommend this broker to any investors.
