Usual remembers what you always ask for, so you never have to explain it twice. WRITE IT DOWN ONCE Type it, photograph it, say it out loud, or add the receipt or invoice. Usual reads it and asks you before saving anything. Nothing is saved until you say so. "Due now." "Usually around September." COME BACK TO IT See what is booked and what is coming due. Repeat a Usual with the place you already go to, book, or reschedule. Your history is there when you need to remember what worked. SHARE IT, IF YOU WANT TO Share a Usual with a shop and they see the details you chose to share, and nothing else. Once you have booked, you can send it ahead so they have it before you arrive. WHEN YOU HAVE NOWHERE TO GO Away from home, or starting fresh, you do not start over. Show any barber, groomer or garage your Usual. Or describe what you want and let Usual find someone who answers, then book with them. KEEP A PLACE IN THE QUEUE If nothing suits, join a shop's waitlist with the days and times that would work for you. When something opens up, the shop can offer it to you.
