Agent List Invite Broken
If you create an account after an agent invites you to a property list, then their invite link no longer works properly and even if you’re removed from the list and re-invited, you don’t receive new invites to the list.
I like the search feature.
Makes it easy to send clients properties.
Active Listing says Not For Sale, when searched by address
Our client’s Active listing is unable to be found when searched by address on this app! It defaults results as Not For Sale! I have reported this several times to utahrealestate.com and still not fixed! I suspect it has to do with the system defaulting to the old listing as duplex, instead of finding the new listing as a legal Triplex! This needs to be fixed ASAP, in order to provide the services we all pay for to provide for our clients!

What a waste
We pay millions of dollars a year in agent fees and this is the best the mls can come up with? I’ve seen better functionality from startups with zero dollars in funding.

Press button to open App Store, no update listed, go back to app and it says it needs to be updated…. 🔁♾️ no solution, tried to contact customer support via the app, says it needs to be updated, 🔁 try App Store….🔃🔄🔁♾️
Not a good app
This app should never have been released for use due to its glitchy nature and non-intuitive format. I wouldn’t be the least bit surprised if this app was developed by a high school student for a class project who ended up selling it to UtahRealEstate.com.
Used to be good
This app was great for a while, but it’s gone downhill. Calculator no longer works, photos can’t be seen full-screen and horizontal. Image quality is terrible - they’re compressing them WAY too much. Filters are not sufficient.
As much as it pains me to say - you’re much better off using Zillow these days.

Can’t Log In
Can log in on the web but not the app. I tried to reset the password in the app and it let me do it but when I go to log in it still fails. It’s unfortunate because I would much rather use a native app if it works well.
Pretty Bad App
Just basic things in the app don’t work. Such as, if I try deleting listing alerts they still come back after deleting them. Also, not being able to save filters is such a headache to have to retype them every time. No filter for 1.5 baths vs 2 baths. No setting selection in the browser vs on the app. Etc.

Clunky
Can’t easily save searches, can’t select multiple filters at once (e.g. single residences and duplexes) changing filter settings cause it to jump to previously searched zip codes, appears to only include MLS listings and not exclusively listed properties.
Sometimes buggy
A lot of improvements could be made but happy to have a cute app?
When I send my listings to clients; they just appear as a broken link sometimes without a preview if I send it directly through the app. If I copy the link, repairs in safari, and THEN forward the link it’s not broken.
Sometimes it gets angry if my filters are too refined, sometimes it refreshes on me and ruins my place of thought. Other ideas could be included but you get it.

Issues with Log In
It’s really frustrating that the website connected with this app doesn’t communicate with one another. I have an account already but on the app, it’s saying my login information is incorrect. Then when I go to create an account, and it wants me to validate it, I don’t get an email. Love the app otherwise, but I’d rather use the website.

Needs updates… feels clunky
I prefer Zillow over this app. They need to have an area where all of the new listings are found. I don’t like having to view them one by one when I get a push notification.
Very glitchy
Have always liked this app but lately it glitches constantly and force closes and I’m unable to get any info im looking for cause it happens in the first listing I click on. I delete and redownload with no changes unfortunately
On the road
App works well when with clients and they ask how much is that home. Has made me look good more than once!

I’ve found the website is more friendly when it comes to viewing photos.
