No option of Changeuser after update

Old registered user login issue
For old registered user there is not any option for login. When we open app first page is showing SIM binding verification, then we start the process at last we got the message “user is already registered please try CHANGEUSER option” but this option is not available in your app. I think this CHANGEUSER option should be available in first page or after SIM verification, check the production code again. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP

Not working over IPhone
Each time I reinstall this app - it doesn’t show change user option and ask to reach out to bank. Also, facing issues with my account payment over this app. Bank needs to fix this on priority.
