No option of Changeuser after update

Old registered user login issue
For old registered user there is not any option for login. When we open app first page is showing SIM binding verification, then we start the process at last we got the message “user is already registered please try CHANGEUSER option” but this option is not available in your app. I think this CHANGEUSER option should be available in first page or after SIM verification, check the production code again. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP

Not working over IPhone
Each time I reinstall this app - it doesn’t show change user option and ask to reach out to bank. Also, facing issues with my account payment over this app. Bank needs to fix this on priority.

You seriously need to check this server down issue since 4-5 days we are not able to make any payment through UPIs, where and how to resolve. This is need to be improved.

Issue is using same app in replaced iPhone
I uninstall this app from my previous iPhone and now using this app in new phone but the device registration fails each time by mentioning that the user is already registered. Not able to use this app anymore

I faced this problem since last month( May last week and June starting)
Please solve the issue.
