The mobile app is excellent. I’m able to make ASAP calls and reservations for the future and all the drivers seem very professional.
Updates kill the functionality.
Every time this app is updated, I can never make a reservation. It says that I have an unfinished ride. I’ve checked all of my rides and they all say completed.
