Zero Way of knowing when the bus arrives
it’s so frustrating that you can’t see what time the bus is arriving. and if you do want to check you have to go to the website and that just glitches and the time is there and all of a sudden it’s gone and you don’t know if the bus is coming or not. so annoying

I missed an exam due to the bus being late. Failed the class never rely on the app it’s useless.
Glitch ?
The app is good and works and has the the accurate routes and times but sometimes the app won’t even start up it’ll open to a white blank page and I won’t know when my bus gets here but besides that works fine
Broken
Most of the time the app doesn’t even open. I’ve been trying to use it the last few days to travk where my bus is, and it freezes on the loading screen
Used to work barely, doesn't even open anymore
Sometimes buses would not be marked on the map, other times it might work alright enough. A while ago, the app stopped working for me and crashed whenever I tried to open it, making the app completely unusable. There is no point in using an app that doesn't open.

As the title says. This app crashes all the time: It blows.

Rarely works
The app fails to refresh the location of the bus(es). At times it even fails to correctly project routes.
The actual buses are never on time
It’s better to bike. The bus took so long that their were two of them, same number but a scheduled for different times. The amount of times it’s late and I Was late to class is absurd
Pathetic
This app never works properly, either it’s inaccurate location or it won’t load past a blank white screen. There are no scheduled times built into the app. No improvements seem to be taking place.

A necessary struggle
The app is not responsive. It’s unfortunate that this app is clearly made by a third party when UTSA has a prominent computer science department. The app should really be made kept in-house. The app crashes a lot of doesn’t load any of the routes most of time. I stopped relying on the GPS bus tracker and now wait.

Glitchy
Just missed the shuttle because the bus icon suddenly went from leaving campus to getting to my bus stop. Very glitchy and I really suggest they fix this :/
TERRIBLE APP
The app is constantly glitching and it freezes a lot. Sometimes the bus’s icon disappears and while trying to track it. I’ve missed several shuttle trying to use this app.

Times are always wrong. Very unreliable.

GPS for the runner works fine.
Garbage
This app is terrible. It consistently has completely wrong time estimates. Busses will have an estimated arrival time of less than a minute, yet I find myself waiting at least 15 minutes for them. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

This app is useless it’s constantly changing the times it’s very unreliable
Unreliable
This app shows the wrong times very often and bugs out a lot to wear you can't even see a time all together. I have gone out 2 min early and end up waiting a solid 15 min because the app just keeps moving time back.
