Connection issues
Have had this device for 1 month and still have not been able to connect to it. Totally useless. Do not buy this device Not even worth 1 star
Absolute garbage! Do not waste your money!
I installed this trash camera in my brand-new car, and it is a total joke. The parking mode does not work at all. Even worse, the rear camera is just a useless dummy—it hasn't recorded a single second of footage. Save your money and stay far away from this garbage dashcam!
Trouble connecting to wifi
Always asking to connect but unable to even wifi signal is good.
If you are away and no wifi you cannot access the camera app.

Great Camera - Appalling app
This is a 100% useless app. Nothing has ever worked and it is incomprehensibly complicated. Just use the SD card in a PC!.
Unstable WiFi connection
Cameras are working well. But the wifi is way too poor. It’s so unstable can’t even view the Recording. Doesn’t matter how many times you switch off the wifi or the camera.

Can’t own load a single file, this is just horrible. I paid $1675 for this dash camera. Completely unacceptable. I want my refund.

What an awesome camera ! So simply to use . I have had previous dash cams and nothing compares to the easy app and the clear footage was amazing ! Highly recommend!

Broken Dashcam
Dashcam ceased functioning rang Rod organised replacement camera received it the following day, very happy and impressed with the quality of service I received would highly recommend.

Needs fixing!
Months of it telling me there is an app update when I open the app but there is nothing to update neither through the app or the App Store. I currently am unable to connect to the wifi through the app or separately either. This is appalling! Please fix

Can’t connect
Had the cameras in a new car for two weeks and can’t connect. I am told it is an iPhone upgrade problem, however in reading the other reviews it is more likely it is a developer problem. Obviously it is likely better to use Bluetooth than WiFi.

Having to physically connect to the camera wifi is a real problem, why does it not just connect automatically when in car.

Worst dashcam
The quality of video is super great, but this camera never record even continues of 10m clip. Every time I needed a clip, It never recorded that moment which make no sense of buying this dash cam. Most of the times you can’t download the clip, the only option you have is to do screen recording.

Horrible App, either too slow or not even working at all. Whats the point if I can‘t even check the camera footage?

Dashcam is fine, terrible app, can never download my dashcam videos as the internet always disconnects, is super slow and always has problems.
