If only my doctor used it.
Even though this is required by European law, my doctor insist that I make phone calls and not put anything in writing because they seemingly don’t want to remain liable.
Not very intuitive & bad localization
Though the app is expected to work in English, most of the features still show up in Dutch. Also, the Message function does not work like a conversation. You have to initiate a new conversation by filling out a short form, every time you have to follow up question on an ongoing chat. Bizzare experience.

Instabiel
De app is redelijk mbt functionaliteit, heeft onbegrijpelijke bugs. Ik krijg bijv elke dag meldingen dat meldingen/berichten zijn afgesloten. Bijlagen kunnen niet verstuurd worden “fout melding”
Erbarmelijk slecht.
Een app waarvan haar functie is centraal te staan voor zorg die vervolgens zo vaak blijft hangen op de login procedure of simpelweg niet meer reageert? En dat al een geruime tijd?
Dat is volstrekt onacceptabel.
Mijn vermoeden is dat er server problemen zijn en de app niet goed kan verbinden. Dat is echter niet relevant voor de eindgebruiker: het resultaat is geen medicijnen kunnen aanvragen, geen berichten van je huisarts kunnen lezen, e.d.
De ontwikkelaar zou zich diep moeten schamen. Dit is incompetentie en ernstige nalatigheid.

You can't actually use it
Downloaded the app but you have to enter an e-mailed security code to actually use it. I've requested 3 times and no code has been sent. Really basic issue that makes this app completely useless.
Doesn’t work
Downloaded the app and filled in all my details but get a server error when I try to log in, complete waste of time
Stopped working.
Had trouble opening the app. Once opened it gave me the option to reset, but nothing was happening. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, and that seems to have done the trick. Hope it helps anyone who’s having the same issues.
Doesn’t work on iPad
Garbage app, fussy to set up, would not function on iPad. One more reason the Dutch vaccine response is killing people with its incompetency.
