Great app
The app is very well done and I’m so impressed with the functionality. I wish it would show diagnosis like the website does but that is such a minor complaint. Well done. The VA is light years ahead of the Social Security Administration.
Awesome service
The Lake Nona VA is an awesome facility. I’ve never had a problem with anything there from appointments, prescriptions, and any other service I’ve used.

Convenient Fast Prompt
Everything I need concerning health/medical from records to appointments to compensation and everything in between is addressed quick and easy through this app. Communication to my providers through Secure messaging is prompt.

Great source of information for all veterans. Relatively easy to navigate and easy to get help if needed. I couldn’t imagine doing anything without it.

Dr. Matthew Harrison of the Quincy VA Clinic is by far the best doctor we have had in the VA system for the last 15 years. It is comforting to know that we do have a very reliable, knowledgeable, and professional doctor in the VA.

Review on new VA online app
I believe this is the third time that I have responded saying that I do not like it…… I think you forget, we are veterans not young people and the older you get the less you like change…… The old app that we used to use, I think was a lot better than what you provide with us now……. The old way was a better way not this new way that some younger person concocted for us to use when I tried to find my past visits or my past prescriptions, I could not find them. The oldApp was much better much easier than what we have now

I can’t find this on the app. Ability to review any lab and test results If you have recent lab or test results, you can now review them in the app.

Excellent app, has made getting in touch with my VA healthcare team very efficient!
Overall review of service
All the attending and staff have been wonderful and continue with great service. Doctors Davis, Jackson and Pham in Podiatry are excellent as well as Dr Walters. Service staffer Octavio in Surgery clinic bldg. 50 stands out with best overall patient service. Nurse Katie is the best . Overall Tucson SWVAHCS has got to be number one in the country.
