Messaging issues
I have sent responses to for questions asked by my provider. The answers do not show the full response as I have sent them. I have copied the question from the body of the original message then pasted the into the reply. Filing in the answer from there.

From the time a prescription is sent to the Cheyenne VA Medical Center until it’s reviewed and I receive it is usually only 2 to 3 days. Can’t ask for more than that.

They have done more for me in 3 months, than Loma Linda VA Hospital in California could not or would not do in 30 years that I spend trying to get help for my back, shoulder, knees while living in 29 Palms CA. After leaving Marine Corps 8/30/1990.
I literally enjoy seen my doctors.

Best form of communication
I have been out for almost 40 years. I use to fight and fuss with the VA about timely responses. Now this is by far the best form of communication available to communicate with them. I wish I would’ve known about it long ago. It would save so much stress.
