Difficult and unfriendly
Route planning doesn’t show map. Map doesn’t show individual lines. Paris IDF Mobilite and Strasbourg Fluo Est have already worked out good interfaces, if VAG can’t do one that’s as good then just hire them to create your app.

Great app. Find and purchase tickets no problem.
One small snag - my travel companion and I both bought tickets on our respective phones with the same paypal account. Using this method and the “this ticket is for me” option, we realized too late that the name on the ticket will match the name on the paypal account, not the name under which the phone is registered. This was really unexpected for us. Please make it clearer where the name for the ticket holder will be pulled from!
