Very poor customer service

I have been using this app and have tried several times to reach customer service but it’s impossible. There is no easy manner of understanding the value of the metrics. My readings have marked deviations but I have no way of knowing how serious this is or if it means a standard deviation from my prior recordings, or if is visa via my demographic? There is little more frustrating then receiving news of poor readings without any explanation. It’s like a message of doom bubbling up from the waters of Lethe that has no siren to tell you it’s truth.

Response from developer

Hi Nick, thanks for the comments. Unfortunately our customer support has not received any email from you - please contact info@vagus.co. We are trying to respond to all inquiries. You can also not be found as a user of the Vagus ECG app as Nick so please tell for which name you have registered when you contact us. Please read the 'info' and read for instance the blogs and science part on www.vagus.co if you want to learn more. We are also discontinuing the VAGUS ECG quite soon and provide a hopefully better experience with the BREATHE FLOW app. It is free atm so please try.

Did not work

Did not work !

Response from developer

Hi Jules. The 2 main resons for not analysing is a) bad network connection or b) bad ECG recording. This is the cause of 99% of the problems. Please contact info@vagus.co if you have future problems. We are trying to respond to all inquiries. We are soon discontinuing the VAGUS ECG app and provide a better experience with the BREATHE FLOW app. Please try it.

Not working.

It’s not working. I sent emails not response? Paid for subscription and the data comes up blank. Would like a refund.

Downloaded the app It didn't work

Downloaded the app, did the ecg test on my watch several times and the data was never recorded. I reloaded the app from the app store and it asked me to subscribe. It says you get 5 free tests but I wasn't able to get any.
Great concept, poor execution. I'll look at other HRV monitors and the Leif device.

Response from developer

Hi. The 2 main reasons for not analysing is a) bad network connection or b) bad ECG recording. This is the cause of 99% of the problems. Please contact info@vagus.co if you have future problems. We also only have a one week free trial on VAGUS ECG, not 5 tests. But FYI the VAGUS ECG app is already quite old so we are soon discontinuing it. The same test with a better experience is now provided in the BREATHE FLOW app - it is free atm. Please try it.

Doesn’t work

As others have said, it fails because it can’t capture the breath. I assure you I am breathing. And the notices often don’t come at all. I’d really like it to work!

Response from developer

Hi. The 2 main reasons for not analysing are a) bad network connection or b) bad ECG recording. This is the cause of 99% of the problems. If these are ok and you breathe 5 seconds inhale and 5 seconds exhale, then in our system will analyse your breathing. Please contact info@vagus.co if you have future problems. We will discontinue offering the VAGUS ECG app becuase it is already quite old. The same test with a better user experience is now provided in the BREATHE FLOW app - it is free atm. Please try it.
