TERRIBBLE APP, CUSTOMER SEVICE LIARS
Tried this bike in Pompei - the bike itself is fine, but the app is TERRIBLE. It showed available parking, but when I arrived there were two open spots and the app still said “full.” I had to ride to another station, which cost me extra minutes, only to find that location was actually physically FULL even though the app showed availability. Completely INACCURATE and I reported this only for the customer service to argue I was wrong. They weren’t there and they weren’t the ones he had to do the parking and repealing. RIDICULOUS, SO RUDE. Don’t rely on this service if you’re planning a trip, because you’ll almost certainly run into parking problems.

Servizio da perfezionare
Bel servizio e costo basso. Nota negativa é la presenza di sole 200 bici per una città di 300mila abitanti, l’assenza di un servizio di redistribuzione delle bici, e la scelta un po’ senza senso delle dimensioni dei parcheggi (posizioni molto frequentate che presentano solo 8 spazi disponibili, altre quasi sempre vuote ne presentano il doppio).
