Protect wash
Car was still dirty after this wash, rear doors and rims had spots on them still. Gentleman guiding me in was not pleasant. Was considering a monthly membership. Will not be back

Easy to use and navigate.
Rarely works
The only way I can open this app is by opening through the App Store. Always get error messages. I have tried deleting and reinstalling and nothing works.
Can never cancel!
You can’t remove your CC! Don’t put it in.
Wonky Messaging
Whenever a new message appears (and sometimes without a new message) ALL past messages are noted on the app, as if I have a lot of unread notifications. It’s messy, and there are too many steps to read messages, it should be a primary box when I open the app
Confusing
I live in south Mississauga, but the default store is in Guelph, and I can’t figure out how to change it. The app should be easier than this.

Notifications
My app will tell me I have like 6 notifications, I will click on my app and there is nothing? Can’t seem to find these notifications anywhere. For example, this new ceramic coating, I click on the app nothing. I go to messages, it says to learn more log in snd follow prompts. I’m already logged in, there was no prompt. So do I have to log out snd then log back in again every time there is a new notification?
