Need help!!!
My account had been suspended, there are a lot of places named valiant and I cannot get in contact with the company. I was trying to reset my password and it was asking for a security answer but there was no security question.
After a company stops use of app
The app did it’s purpose. However I need to know after a company has stopped using this app. What happens to the employee information? Please advise asap!

Terrible Experience
I used to it before, now I work in different company and tried to Sing up but I can’t. I have a password issue. Won’t let me get use it. I tried over and over. Worst app ever
Can not see past schedule
Would be great if it would show you previous weeks schedule so you could verify hours and time punches. I don’t like that I can’t see that

Horrible app
This app must be completely free for the employer to use because it’s horrendous. Slow load times, doesn’t display future schedule, any “back” buttons in the app function as a “return to home page” button, and most recently my password “expired.” Never have had that happen. I now can no longer get into the app to view pay stubs (which are equally atrocious), and password reset requires a username that I don’t have access to/don’t recall ever setting. Apparently it can’t just send a password reset to my email like 99% of all other login interfaces can. Beyond useless.

If I can give zero stars I would if I could. I can’t use this app for work. My employer doesn’t want to pay me because I can’t sign into the app, I explained I have a iPhone 13 Max Pro and iOS 16 so I shouldn’t have a issue but I do. Ughhhh

Terrible User Experience
This app is trash. Desktop website is horrible as well. The user interface must be straight from 1993 dial up era of internet. Functionally speaking the app doesn’t work sometimes. Bad experience all around.

when first downloading the app everything ran smoothly, accidentally deleted the app and couldn’t get pass the “ business suit “ part. do not recommend this app.

No communication no training no help with anything lost out on benefit because they took to long to answer back worst work experience I’ve ever had
