Rubbish
Not sure why companies use this, got most of documents on but then stupid live picture process just doesn’t work. Keeps giving you orders then times out. Very frustrating
Horribly designed app
I tried to open an account. I put email address and password. Next screen indicated that I need to get a verification code from email address. Moved app to get code, returned and screen to input code was gone. Tried logging in with details - said want recognises. Tried registering again and it states code has been sent and to return. I had to send an email to the organisation that sent it to me request to ask if I could just email over ID as app is utter rubbish

Very frustrating
This app is so frustrating to use. You just go round in circles. Terrible!
Very frustrating
This is one of the worst apps I have tried my hands on as a user and app tester. When you register and you go into your mail to grab the verification code, when you're back into the app, the app is back to the login screen. And if you try to login with the credentials you just created it won't allow you, if you try to sign up again, it will tell you a code has been sent already and you won't be able to signup again with the same email. What sort of app leaves the verification screen in under 10 seconds of quickly switching app to grab your verification code? Very annoying. The essence of creating an app is to make life easy and not frustrate your users. This app is rated 1 out of 10.

Terrible & poorly thought through
Not clear, forces you down wrong routes, can’t add/change email addresses, not designed for the UK (eg asks for personal tax number instead of NI number). A terrible app. Avoid.
